My old boss humiliated me and now they want me back

Hi. 37 F married with no kids. Wanna share regarding my past job. I completed professional course and joined a big company in Tamilnadu and worked there for five years. I worked as an Assistant Executive and had three senior Top persons to report. During my fourth year, MD of that company called me and asked to do tough task what my senior would do that I was not expert since senior was on leave for 10 days due to emergency. As due date was near, I called senior to help regarding this. He shouted in phone and asked to do by myself. After getting help from my professional friends outside, I did it on my own. MD appreciated me and asked to do certificate course which is costly so that he would promote me to higher position. He also ready to sponsor amount for that course, I politely denied. My company is using ridiculous HR complaints to force me out

So I’ve been working at my current workplace since 5 years now. Things are getting really difficult now due to org restructuring and I’ve been clearly told im an expensive resource and since the company is in cost saving mode they’re aggressive about re it targets and regressive about the human first approach which was there earlier Now the thing is since last 4 years we were on hybrid mode hence the connect with people was limited to teams But now we have to be in office each month Team size has increased 4x so change in culture again So im getting feelers that since im expensive and their expectations is that people should be in office more time which i cannot because of 2 really small kids they want to push me out So 3 weeks i was told there was a ridiculous complaint against me where i threatened a colleague i will get them transferred and to be very honest i am not in a high position nor have contacts . I lost my new job one day after onboarding

Hi guys I don't know where to start. Last year Nov 2025 I lost my job coz of Lay off in Accenture. I'm a normal Non IT guy. From then my bad time has started. The one who thought will stay with me forever she left, no job, no person to talk, sleepless nights, nightmares of not having a job, panic attacks. Experienced evrything in past 7 months. Finally after all struggles last month on June 18th I got a job in con***trix, i felt very happy and thought of restarting my life with this opportunity. But you know God doesn't want me to be happy. I got rejected after clearing three interview rounds over four days

Title: Got told my "attitude" wasn't a match after clearing 3 rounds over 4 days - still processing this one So this happened literally today and I'm still trying to wrap my head around it. Background: I'm a civil engineer with about 7-8 years in RCC site execution, applied for a QS/site role at a company through a recruiter, for a project out of state. The whole process took about 4 days and I cleared 3 rounds in that time. Round 2 was honestly where things started feeling off. I was on an MS Teams call and got kept waiting for a full hour, with the interviewer's mic and camera both off the entire time. No message, no explanation, nothing. Then right at the end they came on and said they had an urgent meeting come up and I'd need to redo that same round again later that evening. I obviously adjusted my schedule and did it again. A boy with responsibilities and big dreams 25|M, I'm a boy living in Kolkata, I have done my MBA from a tier 2 college of Kolkata. Got a chance to attend 1 of the Big 4 company which came in our institute but didn't make it in last round. I had Finance and Marketing specialization, got an interview for a company as Sales Job role and I made it, but the issue is I don't find the environment comfortable for me to work there also they are not providing good salary, for first 3 month they are providing 18000/per month, and after 3 month it would be 22000/per month. Now the issue is I'm thinking for switching to any sector, recently I give an interview in a Life Insurance company, I did reasearch and found that most life insurance companies provide in payout structure, its kinda concerning for me, they are telling me that they would provide salary after I join the company and fulfilling the minimum requirement they are telling. 39 F, I teach in a private college, I have studied Computer Science, I am also doing a Data Analyst course online, I have 6 years of experience in Software Development and teaching, personal life is going well but I am stuck in professional life, there is absolutely no financial growth here in this small city. Salary remains limited despite multitasking, listening to everyone's huge LPA, CTC here in this group makes me think do such salaries even exist? 😱 OMG, I am just doing hard work, and have left the future up to God, and just hope that I can also speak words like LPA CTC, I also deserve this much salary, I don’t even understand what job to look for to get financial growth now at the age of 39. I look for WFH jobs too, have applied on every job portal but no response. Along with college there should be some extra income guys. Thank you.

Crashing on a Colleague I Can't Reach

Did any of you had ever fall for an unknown girl at your workplace, about whom you know nothing, but you really like her, but never got a chance to talk to her ,as she is not alone?

I am working in C*S, getting released from project on July 31st. I am currently expecting and planning to go ML by November mid or by end. I am in a situation where new projects will not take me if I say I will be going on ML and not sure how are current rules in Bench policy. Need inputs if anyone knows the latest bench policy rules like will they consider staying in bench for next 4-5 months in bench till in go on ML or are there any chances of termination? Also, if I take a project without informing that I will be going in ML , will there be an escalation or problem after going there? Kindly give your inputs as I am in very much confused state

Unemployed with six years of experience and a family to support

Hi everyone, I’m a former TCS employee with 6 years of experience in .NET and Azure. My last CTC was ₹6.7 LPA. I have been actively searching for a new opportunity since February 2025, but unfortunately, I have not received many responses from recruiters despite applying regularly. As a married individual with a child to support, this has been a challenging phase for me. M26 Devops assemble, I am working into IT support for 4 years and I want to switch from here. I am thinking of going into devops. But some things are blocking my mind are on call rotation and alerts that wake you mid-night and ruin sleep. I don't know if this is real. Please tell me how is it? How is it please tell me. I like the role tho. I am very confused person, don't know where to go, but i want to get out of this role. Please guide me
