Struggling to survive a toxic workplace after losing my supportive team leader

Hello everyone. I have a confession to make. I am new to corporate world, it's been 8 months. So initially it was fine. I was learning my work, adjusting to this new place and everything was great. Now after 8 months, I have realized that my workplace is really toxic and I just can't stand people. I put resignation also, but for some reason I took it back. Main problem is like toxicity was always there but it didn't affect me before. The reason was my team leader. I am really close to him and he supported me from the first day. Even if there was pressure, I was able to handle that because I knew he is there to take care of everything. Now the thing is almost 3 weeks back he died unfortunately. So now whenever I am in office, it feels like I am all alone. There is no one to support me. Moving on from  someone's death is already hard and I'm keeping everything separate. The main problem is my workplace. It's really toxic. I just can't survive anymore. The work pressure is maybe 15 to 20%, but remaining the toxic people, the management, they are really getting on my nerves. So I know many people are here in corporate and they have years and years of experience. So from your end, do you have any suggestions about how I can survive this toxic workplace?  How can I increase my productivity despite all these distractions, how can I avoid people? And how to survive overall? Like I'm being really clueless here because it's been really tough. Every moment in that office feels like a torture. I just really need your help.Any genuine suggestion or similar personal experience is welcome. Thank you for your time.

From here, it looks like you are toxic too...and three weeks is too short, for things to change especially after old leader dead, even 3mo is less But you don't hv to endure, change jobs, take a break, go on paid or unpaid leave of a month or two, corporate jobs cannot be stress-less, so if nothing works, change your profession bcoz thts better than getting panick attacks, which seems inevitable if you just continue this way
