31M, it’s not a confession but just a general question. I’m in IT as a functional consultant. When I joined my recent company I used to sit with a guy who was a developer with 7-10 years of experience and he told me that he hasn’t written a single line of code in the last 3 years and as per their client demand all he does is get requirement from client and pass it onto gemi*I and just paste’s whatever it gives and tests and give it back. Is it how it’s being done in all service-based companies these days ?
