Hiding my extensive college past from the man I plan to marry

I am from Arunachal Pradesh. I went to college in Gujarat and my parents were not financially sound. I came in contact with some friends who went to parties every weekend. I joined them . Some guys from outside also used to join. Eat, drink, sing and dance. Then made random couples and go to sleep together. Every weekend was different partner. This was new to me and awkward at first but I started enjoying as I got help from friends. So I had many s*x partners without emotional attachment. In my third year of college, I senior student pursued me and we became lovers. He lived in a rent house. I moved in with him. We were in love. I even took him to my town in Arunachal Pradesh during my vacation. He stayed in another room but we used to have s*x whenever we were alone. He wanted to marry me but his parents would not allow as they are Gujarati. So I had to return home after college. Now I am in a relationship with a decent guy who is in government service. He had one gf while in college. He told me himself. I like to believe him but I always doubt thinking of my college days. I had a long term live in relationship and 30+ casual relationship. What if he also had such relationship? Is he also hiding? Should I tell him about mine? I have not told yet. I only told I had a friend during college. We are planning to get married next year. Please advise without judgement.
