Leaving my job last month turned my life into living hell

I have to leave my job last month due to unexpected circumstances and after this my life has been living hell. My health is deteroting day by day due to stress,lsck of sleep and seeing everyday rejection mails is breaking me. I am unable to getsn interview even. I gave professional certification. 2 hrs I devote to learning daily but still no luck. Also I am in my late30s so have more than 10 years of work experience. Some companies are rejecting me just coz of my age. I don't know if it's me or the market is really this bad but this is killing me from inside every single day. Thankfully I don't have emia that's a plus but this phase is hard and makes me cry every night 3am
