My husband secretly accumulated three lakhs in debt for the second time

Assalamualaikum Married 7 years back love marriage. Had 2 daughter's. The Problem is money please tell me if I'm hurting my husband or I'm tried of this. He's has taken activa on emi since then my life changed because of emi's. Used credit cards around 2.5 lakhs. We stay in rented house. Having debts around 3 lakhs. This is the second time he has taken this amount without knowing me. First time he has taken 2 lakhs from credit Card and I cleared it taking from my parents. And now no one can help us. I'm trapped in it. Can't to job because having toddlers. And he's earring 30k monthly. 10k rent 5k grocery emi's 15000. The debt is increasing day by day. Please advise me.

A contractor is holding my family's life savings hostage

M26 I need help or suggestions for saving my family's property, which is worth around 20 lakhs. My dad and mom bought this property in our village 6–7 years ago. My parents are not very educated and do not have much knowledge about property matters. Around 6–7 years ago, they bought a 3,267-square-foot property for 7 lakhs and paid the full amount to the owner.
