Stories about married life, commitment, and relationship challenges.

I am writing this out of complete desperation and love for my husband. We have been together for six years and were recently married . He is battling a severe, escalating addiction to adult content and online explicit chatting that is tearing our marriage apart. He needs professional help, and he cannot stop on his own.Our intimacy in person is good, and we both seemed satisfied, but his behavior has spiraled. we spent a lot of time long-distance. During that time, not only during that time he is also tell me this when we are together and spending time together he became obsessed with dark fantasies, repeatedly pressuring me for group intimacy despite me firmly saying no.The situation escalated dramatically when I discovered he was using platforms like Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and MeWe to engage in explicit chats with multiple unknown people and couples. Most devastatingly, I found out he has been messaging other men online, trying to set up encounters involving me, and sh...
Read Full confession →32F. Politics ruined my life. I’ve been married to my husband for 8 years, and we have a 5-year-old son. My husband has always been a very loving and caring person. He has supported me through everything in our married life. Honestly, I never had any major complaints about him. But things have gone horribly wrong now, and I still can’t believe how quickly everything changed. I’ve recently started following Tamil Nadu politics quite closely, while my husband has always been a strong supporter of the DMK and holds the party in very high regard. His brother and I would sometimes make fun of him about it. We’d send him political reels, memes, and troll posts. He never really reacted to them. Occasionally, he would tell us, If you want to criticize something, at least have a constructive discussion instead of just making fun of it. But we honestly never took it seriously. To us, it was just harmless fun between family members. Yesterday, while we were having dinner, politics...

I studied BTech (ECE) from a private engineering college under MAKAUT (formerly WBUT) and got placed in Wipro in 2016. After a few job switches, I am now working for Pune - based software company since February 2025. I lived in Pune for around 6 months. During these months, I was disgusted by the drugs-and-hookup culture among Pune's white-collar workforce. A girl in my office literally asked me how many guys I had hooked up with in the previous one month, and then mocked me when I told her I was a vi*gin. Around a year ago, I got permanent work-from-anywhere (citing parents' health issues) and since then, I've been working remotely from my parents' house in Asansol. I remain connected to my colleagues on various WhatsApp groups, where I passively observe conversations across various topics. I noticed that almost all of my colleag...
Read Full confession →I met a girl through arrange marraige setup , she is not working and not from a well to do family and not good looking as well. But I liked her behaviour so I agreed. She lied about her education qualification and after marraige fixed she confessed that she lied. I am not sure if I should continue because I though she is honest and good nature. After going through various prospects of girls and families I have met one thing I have realized that the marraige market is a scam and disaster for men in India. Men should not marry at all. It's a trap and extortion by woman and their families.
Read Full confession →I’m writing this while locked inside a toilet stall on the 4th floor of my office. It’s almost 9:30 PM. The floor lights are shut, the housekeeping staff is already wrapping up, and I am just sitting on the lid of this commode crying because I am terrified of going home. The thought of stepping into my own flat literally makes my chest feel tight. I don’t know who else to talk to. If I don't type this out somewhere, my head will explode. To give some background: I am 32F and work as a Senior Project Lead, earning ₹16 LPA. My husband is 36M, a Director in an IT firm earning ₹48 LPA. We have been married for 4 years. From the outside, everyone thinks we have an ideal life. But in typical middle-class families, because my husband earns three times what I do, my job was always treated like a side hobby. Both my in-laws and my own parents always had this attitude: "What is the need for her to work so hard? His salary is more than enough. She should just pack up, relax, and give us a grand...

But clearly it's not my child as I didn't have intercourse with her during that period. I took screenshots of their chat but police took it away from me as she complained I took her gude photos. It's been few yrs since case is running, Judge refused DNA test & also threarens me with conviction in DV if I ask again. He also seems to like her & cornering me a lot. In the last hearing, he met her in private cabin & now is forcing me to settle it with 80 lakhs Alimony. Lawyers also taking lot of money but not doing anything good. Anyone faced similar situation? Eventually do we have to give money only?

Today, I think I understand. I have been disappointed by people I trusted. At times, I felt betrayed even by people from whom I expected the most basic love and protection. I grew up with a good education, good upbringing and values. I am grateful for those things. But along the way, I also experienced something very painful—the feeling that sometimes valuables were given more importance than the human being who possessed them. That realization became particularly strong during my marriage. Before my marriage, I didn't know many things about the family I was entering into. Some things became known only after the alliance was fixed. I gradually realized that the environment and mindset around me were very different from what I had expected. I entered marriage expecting a husband....

Nothing is happening in court at the moment. Meanwhile she has filed police complaints couple of times of dowry harassment, domestic violence, physical assault etc. Since these things never happened and she had filed fake complaints, she withdrawn all complaints in police station. Things went so bad that wife and father takes kids with them to police station and tells kids that your father has taken us to police station. However in these 8 months I have lost everything in process. She had convinced my father that I shall not give anything to my children post divorce and got properties willed on my kids names for which I am paying home loan EMI. She convinced him that I am the one who wants divorce only and she wants to stay in this marriage. My father has broke all relations with me and my mother and kicked m...
Read Full confession →I am a 27M, earn 35+ LPA, and live in Delhi-NCR. Navigating through AM has made me much better at handling and judging female interactions. Here are a few things that, in my experience, can help you figure out early on whether a match is likely to work or not: 1. No effort to initiate conversations from her side. 2. She keeps making excuses about being busy whenever you suggest a call or a meet-up. 3. Being overly religious or politically extreme. 4. Being excessively into astrology. 5. Not wanting to work after marriage. This one always cracks me up. It’s 2026; nobody wants a freeloader wife or a house help anymore. If you want freedom and equality, you should also be willing to work for it. I cook my own food and clean my flat anyway. 6. Insisting that the guy should already own his own flat. Like, bruh, you earn 6 LPA. Do you even know how many zeroes there are in ₹1.5 crore? My parents’ net worth is upwards of ₹15 crore, but I don’t mention that because I ha...
