My arranged marriage fiancé just confessed she lied about her education
I met a girl through arrange marraige setup , she is not working and not from a well to do family and not good looking as well. But I liked her behaviour so I agreed. She lied about her education qualification and after marraige fixed she confessed that she lied. I am not sure if I should continue because I though she is honest and good nature. After going through various prospects of girls and families I have met one thing I have realized that the marraige market is a scam and disaster for men in India. Men should not marry at all. It's a trap and extortion by woman and their families.

Your confession doesn’t give full details of your problem.what lie did she tell.Is it about the qualifications, score , university or the branch of education. But still no matter what, lie is a lie. Take up this issue with both sides families especially hers as her parents are also involved in this lie. Post this come to term whether you want to continue this marriage or to part ways. If she is good in nature , kind and respectful towards your family you can support her education ( her parents should fund the education)and help her find a job.This will ease your problem. Do remember that qualifications and human qualities are both are different. So do take a wise decision

The second paragraph feels so funny. It's your inability to find a good partner and do a clear background check before moving into a marriage, and then blame everything on one gender and their families. Plenty of good women are there, but if your luck is bad, nothing can be done.

What was the lie about education tho? She said she got 90% but got only 60% in reality??? 🤣🤣 I think that would work But if it was she said she is an engineer but actually a BA fail, then that's a problem 😂 Anyways behavior can be manipulative temporarily and looks can be changed. U are going on all the wrong parameters. Go for the right parameters if u want to save urself
