My married coworker only looks at me during our team meetings

Need suggestions. 35F .In office my colleague male 4 yrs younger than me. He used to speak with me nicely he also married. I didn't share my personal life with him. I'm single mother. So I will not speak much. But this person speaking nicely and sitting just opposite to my seat. He doesn't speak much to others. But I don't know how we started to speak. Everytime he spoke different topics like politics, general, friends, etc. He have an eye contact and discuss about general topics. Whenever all of our team gathering and speaks, he speaks with seeing me only. Sometimes he can see others but most of the time he is seeing me and speaks. I just want to know what he is thinking. Did he really like me? He is very good person. So I don't think in bad way. But just want to understand about boys mindset. Personally I also like him. Please give suggestions

1. Don’t get involved in intimacy thing in the office it might backfire and get you in a Financial & emotional trouble. 2. Males around 25-35, if single, want to have fun with someone who will not make a sound. 3. Comfortable to talk to is not like being attracted too. It might be possible that you sound sweet and mellifluous with having good understanding of the general social matters. 4. If he has not started to ask any personal questions directly related to you then he is not into you yet. 5. If he is feeling shy when talking to others and is okay with you then chances are there is some truth in your suspicion. 6. Ever caught him staring at you and when caught doing anxious sudden movement? If yes, then there is smoke because there is some fire hidden inside. PS:- I thought women around our age don’t get confused regarding signals, guess what, I was wrong. Lol

The last line of yours changed everything, everything will be funn in the beginning but remember ending will destroy you. So please don't move forward with him in any sort of relationship. He is married men so remember this.

He's married, don't forget that. Getting involved with a married man will only end in heartbreak. It's okay that you like him. But even if he likes you back, what then? So just let it be. Don't invite trouble.

Women should just STOP looking for 'love' ESPECIALLY in office. Are you divorced or widow? You have son or daughter? Concentrate on your job, finances and raising child. If you want to get married again - tell your parents, siblings, friends to suggest match for you. And meet prospective matches through family ONLY. Stay away from dating, matrimonial apps. And please stay away from office romances & married men.

This is common in offices.Just because he looks at you doesn’t mean he has feelings for you. Some people are comfortable looking at a particular person during meetings just to boost their confidence. So just maintain some professional relationship and move on.
