24M I feel overworked with pressure and insecurity in Indian corporate. I am graduate of lower branch of top NIT. Prepared well for non tech job in campus with average cg. But in 2024, it sector compression started and hardly 50% of batch got placed. I got till final hr round in 2 companies but failed. So started to work in off campus for 5 lpa tech job. Thing is I am working here towards completing 2 years in Data Engineer support field. All older 10 engineers left including engineer manager in past 6nmonths and I am stranded here. New eng manager and new junior hires came. Even entire top management changed. Pay after first year increased to 6.5 lpa. Still I feel insecurity everyday because this company has 200+ clients and only i know what production/system and data issues each client has and every issue they are escalating to me. They have changed my team 3 times in these 2 years. These new folks do not know anything indepth(handling 200 clients is not easy, not blaming them) but management is escalating every issue to manager who is delegating it to me and saying I am not working properly and scolding me. At same time they are asking me to train juniors and document all old processes once again in new format which i feel is vullshit process . Problem is I already have lot of insecurity. I grew up in one of these toxic colleges in Hyderabad where saying or asking a common academic doubt means public humiliation in class by shouting and scolding and sometimes beating. 2 years of that plus 2.5 years of online classes ruined my personality . I still cannot say no to things that management puts out to me even when I am justified with proper reasons. I feel once again I am in 12th college life and getting migraines and headaches atleast once a week. I get feelings management is trying to replace me. They have targets to make 40% of employees women from current 25% and all the new hires including senior management is women. So, I have this fear as well, that they will replace me. I don't know if this happens in corporate India. What is the solution to this? Can anyone who successfully mitigated this share me the solution to this.

Start sending out cv give interviews that's theonly solution . If working there has given you so much pressure it's better to quit on own after getting new job. Again don't focus on just salary for now , if salary part is not working out as of today . Doing something is far better than doing nothing in life. Switch from mental peace of mind factor. Don't take panga with seniors management Simply switch silently like shakuni mama of mahabharat made silent plans . đ Become the shakuni of 21st century for your well being.
