Corporate cricket trials ruined by an arrogant selector with no skills

26 M Please post this, it needs to go to the right person. I work in a big organisation. I have office in Noida and Gurgaon. ( Won't take name for obvious reasons but will give you a good guess). So big that only 2 organisations are bigger than my organisation. We had a cricket trials today. So I travelled from Gurgaon to Delhi and it was like 40 kilometres travel for me. I worked hardly for full week and then reached the spot timely in the morning. And then the trials started. There was one guy Tinkle bhai ( pseudo name). He was one of the selectors. First thing he came very late. 2nd thing, he was ugly looking, fat and was wearing black stockings, he had very bad attitude and was behaving like Ajit Agarkar. After a long running session in afternoon, I felt that I won't be selected given my performance in the trial, although I did good but there were few players who were better, and that attitude guy was giving looks like he was wasting his time and was rejecting players even without informing them. He didn't even has the courtesy to say no to us, a lot could have returned to their home on time if he was a bit careful of others time. Even till now, I was being grateful of the experience ( even if I could see his behaviour) Then came the point which made me feel like I wasted my day. The guy started bowling and after doing all that kind of prep a bowler just do ( like calculating steps, distance, little warmup etc) to one person and he could not bowl a single good delivery. I really want this post to reach to the right people who can take his trial before giving him a permanent seat in such a big organisation cricket team. There were few others as well in the team who were pre selected, but they looked good as a player and deserving. Atleast polite and humble.

Honestly, trial mein selection na hona alag baat hai, but kisi selector ka rude ya disrespectful behaviour alag issue hai. Cricket mein performance aur attitude dono matter karte hain. Lekin personal looks/body-shaming se point weak ho jaata hai—focus sirf uske selection process aur behaviour par hona chahiye.
