My background check might ruin my dream job offer

#Help I'm working on a third party payroll in x company as a software Engineer since 2020 I'm 2020 passout basically they didn't deduct any pf and I'm still working there, in 2022 i joined y company as a part-time employee on 5 months of contract and it's a one of big 4 mnc so basically they are having such policy that they deduct the pf for part-time employee as well and i informed this to my HR and explained her that my financial condition is not good so i wanted do this job so she approved my request and given me consent to work in that company after 5 months contract ended and i left that company, now the catch is i got an offer from one of MNC type company they matched my expected salary and sent me an offer letter but now the problem is my third party payroll company has not deducted any pf till now but the company which i have joined as part-time employee is showing in my pf history so how do i justify this situation during BGV how to tackle this I'm getting very frustrated because of this.

Bro, relax. Ye situation utni badi nahi hai jitna tu soch raha hai. Bahut logo ke saath hota hai third party payroll ki wajah se. Samajh: Your case summary: - X company (third party payroll) - 2020 se ab tak - NO PF deduction - Y company (Big4, part-time 5 months contract in 2022) - PF deducted, so it's showing in your PF history/UAN service history - Now you got offer from new MNC and you are worried about BGV. How to tackle BGV - Practical steps: 1. You are NOT doing dual employment at present. Your Y company contract ended in 2022. So current me you are only in X. BGV me current dual employment ka issue nahi hai. Past me 2022 me overlap tha - uska justification hai. 2. Justification - Honesty + Proof: BGV company will see Y company in EPFO service history. When they ask, tell the truth exactly as you wrote here, with proof: "I was on third party payroll in X since 2020 where PF was not deducted. In 2022 I took a 5-month part-time contract in Y (Big4) due to financial condition, with written consent from my HR in X. I have the approval mail/chat. After contract, I left Y. X continued with no PF." Keep these ready: - Consent email/letter from X company HR for part-time work (This is GOLD for you) - Y company offer letter + contract showing "part-time / 5 months contract" + relieving letter / experience letter - Your salary slips from X showing no PF deduction 3. Don't hide Y company: Kabhi bhi BGV me PF history wali company mat chupao. BGV companies EPFO history directly check karti hain. Agar tune Y company hide ki aur woh PF history me aa gayi toh they will mark as discrepancy. Better to declare Y company in your BGV form as "Part-time contract (5 months) - with consent from primary employer" 4. About X company not deducting PF: This is X company's non-compliance, not yours. Many third party payroll companies don't deduct PF if salary is managed differently. You can say "My primary employer X was on third party payroll and was not deducting PF, I have no control over it. I was getting full salary in hand." New company ka HR ye samajhta hai, especially if X is small
