Admin please post this 🙏 🙏 I completed my diploma in 2016. After that, I didn't have any work experience for three years. Later, I joined engineering and graduated in 2022. I'm 30 years old now and currently working as a security guard. I'm confused about my career. Should I take a Production Support course or a CCNA course? Which one would give me a better chance of getting a job? I know many people will judge me and even humiliate me for wasting so much time. Now only I realized how much time I've wasted because of my lack of discipline. Please don't just stop judging or humiliating me. I would really appreciate some genuine career guidance. I don't even know whom to ask for help anymore.

If you're a mechanical diploma holder learn CAD softwares especially AutoCAD mechanical and solidworks. If you're civil diploma then learn AutoCAD civil + either structural studies software like stad pro / etabs / revit structure. If you wish to go in design then learn revit architecture + 3ds max VRAY.

Honestly and humility with the perseverance of hard work is rare these days. If age permits prepare for the civil services, the country needs people like you. I hope the best for you in whatever you do and it's always never too late. Speaking from experience of someone who started business afresh at 43 and still managed to make it a successful 3 years later.

Do what your heart says. It's never too late in trying again.
