My mother is suing me after years of emotional and financial abuse

I am a part of LGBTQ community.Over the past several years, I have been subjected to continuous emotional abuse, intimidation, and mental harassment by my mother. Despite my repeated efforts to maintain peace and support her financially and emotionally, I was constantly insulted, threatened, humiliated, and made to live under immense psychological stress. I was also pressured into making significant financial commitments, including purchasing a flat for which I contributed approximately ₹44 lakh, while also bearing the burden of loan repayments and other expenses. This prolonged situation has caused me severe emotional distress and significant financial hardship. When I finally decided to move out and rebuild my life independently, instead of allowing me to move on peacefully, my mother initiated legal proceedings against me by filing a complaint containing false allegations and seeking maintenance under the Senior Citizens Act. This has come despite the fact that she has independent financial resources, including her own savings, investments, and regular sources of income. In my view, these proceedings are not driven by genuine financial need but are a continuation of the emotional pressure, coercion, and harassment that I have been facing for a considerable period. I have preserved emails, messages, and other documentary evidence that demonstrate the history of events, my continuous efforts to support her, and the pattern of conduct leading up to the present dispute. I request that my legal representation present the complete factual background before the appropriate authorities so that the matter is decided based on evidence rather than false or misleading allegations. Also have sent multiple emails saying your life will be hell and you will end up losing job by this year Kindly suggest remedies how can I safeguard myself
