Hello friends, I am a 43-year-old male. First of all, I pray for all of you—may no sorrow ever enter your lives, may you all always remain happy and safe, and may you be blessed with a long life. I used to work in the hotel industry and worked there for about 20 years. My journey went from a monthly salary of ₹3,000 to ₹25,000. I have a 10-year-old daughter, and my father lives with me; he is a patient with diabetes and high blood pressure. My wife is incredibly supportive; she has never ignored me during my financial struggles and never demands anything. Whatever I earned went into my father's medical expenses, running the household, and paying my daughter's school fees. There were never any savings, and that is how 20 years passed by. However, suddenly 6 months ago, I lost my job. The owner started level-ing unnecessary, false allegations against me and insulting me. Consequently, I was forced to leave. I searched for another job, but I couldn't find a proper one anywhere. Our financial situation became terrible, and running the household became incredibly difficult. Then, someone suggested that I take out a loan to do trading, claiming I could easily earn ₹1,000 daily. So, I took a loan of ₹3 Lakhs and started trading, even though I had absolutely no experience. I followed WhatsApp and Telegram channels, and within 3 months, the entire ₹3 Lakhs was wiped out. Now, I am so deeply worried and anxious that I cannot share this with anyone. On one side are the monthly EMIs, and on the other are the household expenses and my father's medical bills. Life has reached a point where I feel like I can't even breathe properly. I cannot sleep at night, and I just sit alone and cry. I managed to get a job at a petrol pump, but within a month, I suffered a loss of ₹12,000 there because people made payments using fake UPI apps and left without me realizing it. Overall, I have fallen into severe depression and anxiety. My small, happy world has been ruined. I request all of you to please never do trading—it causes immense losses. Please pray for me, and if possible, please help me and give me some good advice on what I should do next. How do I handle my family and myself? Whatever has happened is deeply painful. In today's era of high inflation, how can people like me survive? I am completely broken now. pray for me 🙏🏻

घर पर ही बिरयानी बनाये, veg और non veg, veg मे पनीर, सोया, और आलू डाल सकते है, non veg मे एक चिकन leg pcs और एक अंडा डाले, veg 50 रुपये और non veg, 100 रुपये का रेट रखे, साथ मे हल्की सी gravi रखे, थोड़ा सा प्याज, और किसी स्कूटर या गाड़ी में किसी busines पॉइंट पर खड़े होकर सुबह 11 से 4 बजे तक स्टाल लगा ले, हो सकता हैं तो साथ मे कोल्ड ड्रिंक भी रखे, शाम तक kam, से kam 1000 प्लेट बिक सकती हैं, रात को ऐसा ही कही और या वही भी कर सकते है, या रात को कुछ gravi चिकन के साथ, महीने में आराम से 50000 हजार से एक लाख तक कमाई कर सकते है
Start a business , nowadays even people who are well educated and from good families , run food stalls , put a food stall at lunch time in front of offices . Everyone likes to eat home cooked meal , get it it prepared at home and sell during lunch hours , start with a simple meal of dal chawal and keep the rates nominal , gradually increase the menu . Hope you get out of this financial difficulty soon
U should buy e rickshaw so that u earn 1000 daily, it was best for u, trading is good if u have ur own money and if u hv loss then it should not effect on ur normal life, I think u should run commercial e vehicle or e rickshaw or sell वड़ापाव type item in traffic jam area
Try looking for a job in the hotel industry as you have 2 decades of experience there.. That is the best possible way to look forward I guess. Things will get better.
You have lost close to 4 lacs.. you have a supportive wife.. being a house husband and taking over house responsibilities is not an insult.. take a break.. what would we do if we are all In a earthquake lose everything.. but we are alive? You lost money agreed.. please start over..
If u have a bike try delivery services. It would pay ur bills if not much or try learn some skills like 4wheeler repairing or puncture shop or any other business with small investment. I suggest not to put huge money into business initially. If u r educated try giving tuition to small and medium level children
Very small paani poori shop people are earning so much and you can come out with in 1year. Go for it and establish a business with small amount
U worked in the hotel industry for 25 years...start ur own a small place where u can sell tiffins...I am sure it will do well
You have worked for 20 years in hotel industry, it is not clear from your confession as in which department you worked. It is an experience which nobody can take it away from you. Start a small food joint and serve hot and homely food. It will attract people. Scale it up slowly. One more thing i would like to tell you and others reading this. Share market is not gambling but a business. Just like food business or provision store or vegetable mandi. Can you guarantee that if you have 50 plates of lunch in your food cart, all will be sold? No right? Similarly no business has guarantee. Important is to hold on patiently and MORE IMPORTANT IS, too should learn about the business before entering. In your case you took a loan but did not study, depended on YouTube videos. Look i am not here to sell my course but i have seen lot of my students who think they need to learn about the business before entering in any business, but somehow never want to learn about share market BEFORE ENTERING. That is the fatal mistake. I pray to God to give you strength. Learn, then you will earn. Nobody can stop you. All the best.
You can look for basic job opportunities on freelance platforms. Some platforms are paying for videos of you doing household chores (for AI training), for example. You can also do content creation, etc. And this is the time to test your relatives and best friends: take a loan from them and use that money wisely to start a small business like a food stall/outlet as you already have experience in the hotel industry.
If you are living in city then you can start a daycare business. Also a fast food business.
Your writing is quite good ....giving tuition online/offline may be an option
Never hv kids when u earned below 1 lakh it only leads to suffering
If you know driving , becoming a cab driver would be a better choice for immediate income

Instead of F n O trading in indexes, one should try fno in stocks... It's always beneficial with 1 proper setup you rely on... I have started doing it since the last month and trust me it's better than indexes fno trading anyday...
What city are you located in? Can refer for jobs in hotel industry provided the location works.

Open a fast food stall right near yr home...or nearby college or govt office, hospital etc, Do home service as well, wife can lend a hand or graduate to independently handling
Bro, start a cloud kitchen, You can start a stall or Food truck whatever suits you
God gave you a chance and you got 3lakhs rupees but at the end you went to "how to make money quickly" and you felt in the trap of earning 1000 per day (I am sure you calculated 1000 * 30 = 30000, more than my last job salary)... in place of wasting that money you could have used to set up a small business and restart your life
