26M Life has been full of roller coster after my graduation. I have been working in IT support since 4 years but I want to get out of this field and I don't prefer this role. So at this stage and this point which career should I go for? I am not much interested into programming. I do not have career clarity. Considering the Job market,AI and previous experiences which field do you think is right? I am not from rich family and ready to learn. I don't want to continue in IT support and I am an introvert so suggest accordingly

Get a psychometric test done to find your aptitude and find out the result. Follow te advice of the career counselor, do the required courses/degree and switch.

If you have patience, better learn laptop chip level repairs, which can be completed within a month of time, Start your own services for chip level card level and if you have money can add laptop sales and services If don't like to start can start at home, by posting paid adds with digital marketing You might feel low key, but think twice, it's your business & you are the boss You might feel difficulties at staring but believe your self

Don't panic with all the AI bullsh!t, just learn how to use AI. No one can make 100% automation. There will be more opportunities in the future. Better switch from the support role to Testing or developer.
