I need genuine advice on how to change my domain as I have been working for three years in a domestic bank and see no growth here. I have been trying to switch and searching for a job for more than a year. After asking for my company's name, no one is calling me for an interview. I have completed an MBA in finance and marketing but don't know how to switch my domain and enter the IT sector. I feel like I have wasted my time. Now I am thinking of studying data analysis skills to secure a job. Will it be easy to study and find a job in this market, or could you suggest any suitable roles with good career prospects?
Don't go to IT sector...layoffs are there every other day
Don't come to IT. It will ruin your personal life. I left my job after so much workload. Now I am only working as an investment advisor and happy with my life.
