40 LPA for 5 YEARS EXPERIENCED ,Is this possible ? Let's say I want to earn 40 LPA for 5+ years of experience, Is deep knowledge of dsa(leetcode), LLD and hld is required? I was said by my friends that not all companies ask that deep on these? What do you guys think?
40 LPA at 5+ years is absolutely possible, but DSA, LLD and HLD aren’t mandatory for every role. They matter heavily for product/SDE roles, while Cloud, DevOps, SRE, Data, Security, etc may value deep domain expertise more. Salary depends on role, company, niche skills, interview performance and market demand not simply years of experience.
If you have ask this in this forum may be you aint got that in you. Also 40 lpa is possible depending on the role, company and your education background. 5 years is a very fast tracked timeline, you ll have to be expert in your domain and also have scarcity in finding talents in that domain.

You think that leetcode coding will get you 40 LPA? Yes you can get there but it won't be because of Leetcode and it won't be a secure job either..
