I have a pending criminal case and want to switch jobs

Hi , I have criminal case pending 509 and 506 me A3 and currently working on mnc they did 2 times client bgv it's marked initial red after justification it's moved to green now I want to move new company is there any issue can you give me suggetion?

Unless you are convicted it will be good ...do get acquitted soon so that this goes away
