Hii Guys. Suggestion Needed. I have 3 years of experience in Indian mortgage (credit assessment, documentation, income verification). I’m really interested in joining TCS BPS in a US mortgage underwriting role but I’m not getting proper guidance on how to enter. I know US underwriting is different but I’m willing to learn and undergo training. I’ve already checked on the TCS portal but experience required. If anyone here is working in TCS mortgage/banking operations or knows the right recruiter to connect with please help me out. Even a small guidance or referral would mean a lot.
