Gender: MaleSubmitted on 11 June 2026 at 10:55 pm

Hi, I am 25 yr old male. From past few days I am feeling lonely because I feel stuck in my career, I know it's temporary phase everything will be alright soon. Now, the main issue is my parents wants to see me getting married as I am only male child. But I don't want to get married and want to remain bachelor for whole life. The issue is everything is not going well in my life. I am single-handedly solving all my problems. While on the other hand I see my friends and ppl on social media enjoying everything. Due to which I overthink a lot and get distracted. Also, I have never been in relationship I have zero experience in dating. And keeps thinking what if due to my problem my future wife or even my gf suffers. I am insecure about my looks and physically fit and have higher libido. However, few girls back in my school and college found me attractive. I want to know how to convince ur parents. Has anyone successfully able to do it whether it's a boy or girl? Pls don't laugh. I appreciate ur genuine comments. And sorry for the long post or any grammatical error.

Go to some astrologer, bribe them with money and let him tell your parents that if you marry before 30, it won't go well. Dn take your parents to the astrologer... Congratulations, now you have earned 5 years of peace and enough time to get back on track... Hope this helps...

tell your parents you are not ready to take such big responsibility in Life so early in Life .. You would first have some financial backup and then think about marriage ...

1. Put your career first. 2. Set a marriage timeline and tell your family firmly you won’t marry before that date. 3. Join a gym to take care of your mental and physical health. 4. If you love traveling or trekking, go for it. Plenty of trekking groups are available to join. Focus on yourself. Depending on others for happiness only leads to suffering. Your happiness is up to you. Build your confidence and everything else will fall into place.

Don't listen to your parents... Focus on yourself and career... Remember that marriage is supposed to be an outcome of your success in life and conscious decision... Not a forced decision that anyone tells you to take and you do it...
