I am completely isolated in my hometown caring for my sick mother

F-29 I am working in PSU posted at home town which is tier 3 city. The problem is that none of my friends have remained here in the town. Some moved due to their job and some due to marriage. I feel so lonely in my weekends. I can't go on trips cause my mother is kidney and heart patient and taking care of her is my top priority. Once I had to go out of town for my training and she forgot to take her blood pressure medicines resulted in detorieting health. Slowly I am falling in depression and losing my confidence which is affecting my work also. I feel stuck finding nowhere to go. If anyone can suggest how to cope with this situation would be appreciated.

Shift your mother to some caregiving facility. Forever or atleast when you are going out of town.
