I am trying to seek justice against my abuser from abroad

Hi everyone, I’m reaching out because I genuinely need some guidance and support. I’m currently living outside the country. A man assaulted and harassed me for around three years. There are already two r@pe cases against him in Pune involving other women. After everything I went through, I got married three years later, hoping that I could finally move forward and start a peaceful life. But the trauma and the situation have continued to affect me, and I now feel that I need to take the appropriate legal steps.
