So where and how did 'this guy' meet married woman and started extra affair with her? And if he really cares her like husband is supposed to (I really don't think the things mentioned are husband's duty. They are more like teenager/new adult's ways to show love) then forget about money. Why he wants it back?

Bro, you were genuine, she was confused. She is married and saying "if God helps in divorce will marry you" - that's not a promise, that's time-pass with emotional support. She used you as escape from husband's attitude. Money given in love - especially without written proof of loan - is almost impossible to recover. Legally you can try with proofs, but mentally you will suffer more. Blocking and coming back means she is not ready to leave marriage, but likes your caring. You deserve better, but not someone who is still married. Leave it, no contact, focus on healing. Consider money as tuition fee for life lesson.

I think here emotion in play. Yes man might have good intent for supporting emotional weak lady. The lady here so weak no clarity. She not stabilizing her marriage neither takinh exit route she takinh external help when needed them backing out the moment she feels it's risky if it get blow out of proportion .
