I betrayed my supervisor to our manager and now I regret it

Hey everyone i am here just to aware you girlss , actually am internship in some big firm waha tha aik supervisor at first he treat me very well bht acha smjhata tha deal krta tha har kam mae involve krta tha sikhata tha mujhey but one day when we exchange our numbers bcoz of some office work raat ko usne ajeeb batein krni shuru krdi wo wli ajeeb nai pr like he liked me type batein woh bht islami tha office mae exact time pr namaz wgara prhta tha somehow i felt ke mainay usko khud force kiya tha ke btaye mujhey ke he liked me shugal tha pr usne bol dia , manager tharki sa tha supervisor ne mujhey aware bhi kiya tha ke don’t involve with him na uske pas betha kro etc pr mainay manager ko sab bta dia bcoz i felt ajeeb mera pehla experience tha professional or mujhey ase log mile jisne 3 din keh dia ke i like you toh my biggest mistake was mainay manager ko sab bta dia usne supervisor ko dantne ke liye sab bta dia uska mazak uraya kafi or logo ko btaya woh bichara kuch bhi nai bola apni justification mae or mae bhi usko tease krne ke liye jaan kr manager ke pas jane lgi pr manager khud bulata tha ab kal supervisor ne indirect mujhey btaya jisko tum apna itna sagha smjh rhi thi wohi tumhri batein sabko bta rha , even mainay koi asi manager se bat nai ki na apni personal na kuch or jo mere khilaf use ho he is such a clever man ab i felt ajeeb 10 days reh gaye mere internship khtm hony mae or ab mera zra dil nai ja rha mae jaun office i felt ashamed mainay supervisor sat kya kiya or mere sat wohi ho rha need suggestion mae bht sawar krrhi is bat ko mujhey ajeeb anxiety ho rhi , i know mujhey care nai krni chahiye kon kya souchta pr phir bhi mae depression mae ja rhi
