My company is using ridiculous HR complaints to force me out

So I’ve been working at my current workplace since 5 years now. Things are getting really difficult now due to org restructuring and I’ve been clearly told im an expensive resource and since the company is in cost saving mode they’re aggressive about re it targets and regressive about the human first approach which was there earlier Now the thing is since last 4 years we were on hybrid mode hence the connect with people was limited to teams But now we have to be in office each month Team size has increased 4x so change in culture again So im getting feelers that since im expensive and their expectations is that people should be in office more time which i cannot because of 2 really small kids they want to push me out So 3 weeks i was told there was a ridiculous complaint against me where i threatened a colleague i will get them transferred and to be very honest i am not in a high position nor have contacts . Infact im struggling with my own issues at work and home too. So i am in no position or power or authority to get someone transferred There have been other complaints too that i told someone that they’re not worthy of the salary they earn, now this too i refute because i dont know anyone’s salary except my own So i told the HR that i am not aware of these statements nor situations remotely close to what is being stated and demanded a 1:1 with the person who has made these allegations But they’re saying they will get back with their consent but it doesnt seem to be moving This my questions are: 1. What action can i take incase they fail to get a real person who made the allegations 2. If such person exists and these allegations are proven to be untrue then what action can i take 3. Is it that perusing responsibility to prove i said that or my job to prove them to be untrue Thank you in advance Please don’t judge nor troll I’m already harassed enough
