Hi guys I don't know where to start. Last year Nov 2025 I lost my job coz of Lay off in Accenture. I'm a normal Non IT guy. From then my bad time has started. The one who thought will stay with me forever she left, no job, no person to talk, sleepless nights, nightmares of not having a job, panic attacks. Experienced evrything in past 7 months. Finally after all struggles last month on June 18th I got a job in con***trix, i felt very happy and thought of restarting my life with this opportunity. But you know God doesn't want me to be happy. The next day of onboarding i went to office and they told us that there's mandatory client assesment which we have to clear that for sure if not there will be seperation from company. I was shocked and unable to process what I just heard. So we wrote the assessment few people got failed in it and I'm the one among them. HR manager came to us and said as we didn't cleared the assessment we will be out of organisation. Next week will be my separation from company. Don't even know what kind of badluck and life I do have. Completely Exhausted, tired about all the negative things happening to me in life. I'm scared right now to get into that job less days again. I wish someone who reads this can help me out by taking me into there project internally in Con***trix. This is my final hope and final try.

Don't feel bad. Be still . Some situations come to learn few lessons. These lessons are more valuable than anything in life . Now coming to the point: Y do you want to go round that company only? When circle is small we get frustrated. Search for companies in Google n go to their websites n open n go to career section n sign up n post your resume. Second : see any Hr frds either in your frds circle or in LinkedIn n get connected n then ask for a job. Third: search in glassdoor, it has option where people will be ready to refer you. All the Best. Don't get discouraged. All has this phase in their lives.

They can't really do this unless it was in the contract and mentioned earlier. You can challenge the HR. Speak to the seniors and see if any such rules are there. Find out a little bit.
Try to know your strength Try to visit as many companies as possible for interview, the more exposure the more job chances, don't get disappointed, life gets hard sometimes
Better to start ur own business..no matter how small it is..a business never throws u out..just the losses if at all not managed well
It’s sad. But that’s the harsh truth of the corporate world. But honestly thinking, you were let go after assessment, not randomly so that was kind of fair. The assessment would probably be based on your skills. Also, why are you hell bent on going back to the same company? There are tons of companies around. I don’t know what your background is, but let me tell you one thing: Most of these end clients which are big tech or finance companies in US or other western countries are investing very heavily in AI. They have been firing people left and right. Eventually, they will reach a state where they will only need a few AI native people to operate (maybe 30% of original workforce or so) and they will probably stop outsourcing to Indian IT companies to save costs. India will face a massive job crisis unfortunately. So these are the situations we should be ready to face and be prepared.

Upskill yourself .... Dont do the NON-IT jobs . Focus on something relevant in today's demand .
