When circle is small we get frustrated. Search for companies in Google n go to their websites n open n go to career section n sign up n post your resume. Second : see any Hr frds either in your frds circle or in LinkedIn n get connected n then ask for a job. Third: search in glassdoor, it has option where people will be ready to refer you. All the Best. Don't get discouraged. All has this phase in their lives.

It’s sad. But that’s the harsh truth of the corporate world. But honestly thinking, you were let go after assessment, not randomly so that was kind of fair. The assessment would probably be based on your skills. Also, why are you hell bent on going back to the same company? There are tons of companies around. I don’t know what your background is, but let me tell you one thing: Most of these end clients which are big tech or finance companies in US or other western countries are investing very heavily in AI. They have been firing people left and right. Eventually, they will reach a state where they will only need a few AI native people to operate (maybe 30% of original workforce or so) and they will probably stop outsourcing to Indian IT companies to save costs. India will face a massive job crisis unfortunately. So these are the situations we should be ready to face and be prepared.
