A boy with responsibilities and big dreams 25|M, I'm a boy living in Kolkata, I have done my MBA from a tier 2 college of Kolkata. Got a chance to attend 1 of the Big 4 company which came in our institute but didn't make it in last round. I had Finance and Marketing specialization, got an interview for a company as Sales Job role and I made it, but the issue is I don't find the environment comfortable for me to work there also they are not providing good salary, for first 3 month they are providing 18000/per month, and after 3 month it would be 22000/per month. Now the issue is I'm thinking for switching to any sector, recently I give an interview in a Life Insurance company, I did reasearch and found that most life insurance companies provide in payout structure, its kinda concerning for me, they are telling me that they would provide salary after I join the company and fulfilling the minimum requirement they are telling. Now I'm little tensed about this, I don't want to lose this job still I want to help my family financially, can anyone who is working in this sectors or have knowledge about this please guide me what should I do now, I'm confused about this and feeling depressed also, Im confused about my career, Peoples working in corporates please guide me if any certification or study could provide me some opportunities in good sectors.
