A boy with responsibilities and big dreams 25|M, I'm a boy living in Kolkata, I have done my MBA from a tier 2 college of Kolkata. Got a chance to attend 1 of the Big 4 company which came in our institute but didn't make it in last round. I had Finance and Marketing specialization, got an interview for a company as Sales Job role and I made it, but the issue is I don't find the environment comfortable for me to work there also they are not providing good salary, for first 3 month they are providing 18000/per month, and after 3 month it would be 22000/per month. Now the issue is I'm thinking for switching to any sector, recently I give an interview in a Life Insurance company, I did reasearch and found that most life insurance companies provide in payout structure, its kinda concerning for me, they are telling me that they would provide salary after I join the company and fulfilling the minimum requirement they are telling. Now I'm little tensed about this, I don't want to lose this job still I want to help my family financially, can anyone who is working in this sectors or have knowledge about this please guide me what should I do now, I'm confused about this and feeling depressed also, Im confused about my career, Peoples working in corporates please guide me if any certification or study could provide me some opportunities in good sectors.

you are new bee in the corporate structure... If you want to be in finance then early years of Finance career specifically insurance one does not get the kind of salary ... 8 figure salary ... You will get if you perform and you get promotions ... so choice is all yours ... right now struggle
If supporting your family could be the only purpose then you won't have left the opportunity you have recieved from campus. Understand all passing students doesn't start their career at top of the hierarchy ladder, yes there are only handful of exceptions. At the beginning you should start your career with a product company and prepare yourself to toil even the salary is low. Make mistakes and learn fast so you could grow fast is should be the objective now
Brother stick in with one company untill u build an experience of 1.5 to 2 years bcoz after MBA the experience certificate matters the most.
