39 F, I teach in a private college, I have studied Computer Science, I am also doing a Data Analyst course online, I have 6 years of experience in Software Development and teaching, personal life is going well but I am stuck in professional life, there is absolutely no financial growth here in this small city. Salary remains limited despite multitasking, listening to everyone's huge LPA, CTC here in this group makes me think do such salaries even exist? 😱 OMG, I am just doing hard work, and have left the future up to God, and just hope that I can also speak words like LPA CTC, I also deserve this much salary, I don’t even understand what job to look for to get financial growth now at the age of 39. I look for WFH jobs too, have applied on every job portal but no response. Along with college there should be some extra income guys. Thank you.

Keep applying through LinkedIn and other job platforms. The right opportunity comes at the right time, so be patient and keep trying. If you can start something of your own, that's even better. Otherwise, don't stay stuck in one place. Whenever you find a better opportunity, move forward. Better jobs often come with experience, so keep building your skills and experience. Also, if possible, share your CV or rΓ©sumΓ© offline with companies and people in your network. If you get selected, that's great. If not, you haven't lost anything. Every application increases your chances of finding the right opportunity

Go to a big city, Spend all your life with higher salaries and big EMI and a lot to catch up, Or stay in your smaller city, upgrade your life style and live in your dream home without any EMI.

You see only higher LPA and CTC not at the problems they are facing in personal/professional life.!! Home sickness, marriage problems, partner problems, loneliness, long work hours, no family/friends..!! Bother about your satisfaction and happiness over higher incomes. Baki best of luck.!
