How will I be able to secure a new job? I have 7 years of experience in SQL and production support and am a science graduate. I worked continuous night shifts for years, which limited my opportunities to learn and upskill. I couldn't leave my job because of financial responsibilities. After everything, I was laid off due to process hygiene issues. Now my employment gap is approaching a year, and I'm finding it difficult to figure out how to move forward with my career and life. Please suggest.
