Hi 27 M. Currently, life isn't terrible I have a job and make around 10 LPA. But, I feel stuck. For the last 16 months, I've been trying to switch domains and move into a better role, but despite efforts, nothing has worked out yet. Every time I think I'm close, something falls through. It's frustrating because career growth is my biggest priority right now, and I constantly feel like I'm running out of time compared to my peers. At the same time, there's another feeling I've been struggling with. It isn't my primary concern, but it's always there in the background. I've had almost zero interaction with girls throughout school, college, and now even in my professional life. I've never been in a relationship or experienced that kind of emotional connection, and sometimes I find myself craving companionship. Is it normal for a man to have these feelings even when his main goal is career growth and financial improvement? I wonder if this is a phase of life where most people naturally seek connection and companionship. For anyone who has been in a similar situation, how did you handle it?

It is completely valid and normal to feel this way. You are carrying a heavy load trying to force a career breakthrough while simultaneously staring at a blank space in your personal life. I'd suggest give some time to yourself, do what makes you happy. I did that same way. Everything will be fine.
