So you posting such a pic which and not hiding your office mates is the first offence of POSH act. 2nd your HR saying those Ill mannered words are considered to be offence of POSH. Collect video evidence and file POSH complaint against that HR personnel. He doesn't have any right to comment on what you are doing or wearing outside of work space in your personal life and his comments on you body seems sexual in nature and fits for filing POSH, just you have to collect evidence or someone else who was available in that meeting verify his comments
