Hi I have been working 5 years in It and planning to make the first switch My current ctc is 7lpa and got two offers from MNCs Wip%# : 12 lpa VP: 7% T*# : 14 lpa VP: 14% I’m utterly confused which one should be better, thus seeking your guidance please help me out with the better offer
