Hi everyone, I’m a 30-year-old married man, 5'9" tall and weighing around 82 kg. I work from home in an IT company and have a 6-month-old baby. Overall, life is going well, but I’m struggling with a personal issue that has started affecting my confidence and married life. I have been experiencing premature ejaculation (early discharge within 2 min) for quite some time. It has become frustrating, and I’m finding it difficult to manage on my own. I’m not sure whether this is due to stress, lifestyle, lack of exercise, psychological factors, or something else. I am not sure but it could be mostly stress. Hit the gym. It will increase your testosterone levels and might help. Definitely visit a doctor.
