I have been with CG for 7 years. This company had a great work culture earlier. Now for one day leave approval my project manager wants me to beg to 2/3 other senior people too. As if I have done something wrong by applying 1 day leave. I got threatened , bad behaviour from managers . I wanted a release they are not releasing me too. Thankfully I have applied outside and will be leaving this organisation soon. I just wanted to share that it feels so sad , such a good company with work culture is going down day by day because of some self obsessed frustrated indian managers

the days are gone when managers / senior people behave like this and you have to go through that situation. simply resign and look for new job. you will find one for sure.
