I am 25 years old, a graduate with an English Honours degree and a B.Ed. I am looking for a job. Competitive exams are not really possible for me at the moment, and I am also taking psychiatric medication due to career-related stress and anxiety. I have applied to many schools but haven't received any response yet. Please don't give me unsolicited advice. If anyone knows of any useful sources, opportunities, or practical ways to find a job, I would be grateful if you could share them.

Hi Guys... I'm 29 M, Working in corporate in Navi Mumbai. With 14LPA package. I need your suggestion on my situation. My family is forcing as it's high time to get marriage but I'm not sure due to following factors. My parents live in hometown and my father is somehow managing house expense by business which is not doing well now. At this time he doesn't need my support financially but in future they will be dependent as savings wiped out in sister's marriage. We only have 1 house which in court due to dispute. If i marry all expenses will be in my scope, I already purchased 8 tola gold for it, but marriage expenses of 20-25 lakh will be in my scope. With this financial status. Should I go ahead for arrange setup or wait to grow my earnings.

F-28 I from Delhi (originally from Prayagraj, UP) working as a Marketing Executive. I am not considered conventionally attractive: I have thick lips, a dark complexion, stand 5'5" tall, and have a heavy build. I faced rejection everywhere regarding marriage proposals, which worried my parents. On a couple of occasions, prospective suitors even asked crude questions about my appearance. Since then, I have had no desire to meet strangers for such purposes. Three months ago, a 25-year-old acquaintance proposed to me. He is a Bengali and settled in Delhi with his parents for two decades. Although he is handsome and has a high salaried job in an MNC, I couldn't agree immediately due to the age difference. However, after thinking about him, I met him again. He revealed that he had liked me for five years. I was surprised by his words; he told me he found me "stunningly beautiful and attractive" and wanted to marry me, provided I gave him at least a year to get more settled and stable. We started meeting regularly to talk and spend time together. I was captivated by his intelligence, modesty, and innocence. One such evening, I finally said "yes." What impressed me most was that there was never anything lewd in his gaze or touch. I fell in love with him. Meanwhile, my orthodox family refuses to accept a relationship with a younger man of a different community. My mother keeps retorting, "What will people say if the son-in-law is three years younger than the daughter?" This leads to daily arguments at home. In contrast, his family is more educated, modern and open-minded and has no trouble accepting me (though they are Brahmins and we are not). However, his parents are concerned about my family's objections and have advised me to think carefully before deciding. I have made up my mind to marry him. Now, I am afraid to introduce him to my parents, fearing they might lose their temper and say something hurtful to him. If this continues, I may have to marry him against the will of my parents.
