#C27627 Hi, I need some advice. I got married 4 years ago when I was 33 years. I never had a gf ever and was a virgin. It was an arranged marriage through a matrimonial website. She was working in a different country and I was in a different county. Both are Indian National. Wife’s parents wanted to get her married soon so I met her briefly and we got married within a month as my visa was also going to expire so I had to come back. She left her job and came back on dependent visa to my place. Since then, on and off we used to fight over silly matters. She made me leave talking to all my girl colleagues and fought over all the girls I had messaged while during matrimonial connection. We didn't share much interests but I supported her all I could so she found a good job, pursued her hobbies. I have a busy job not the usual 9-5 and occasional weekend work. But all she wanted me to spend time watching desi serials and complaint I was not giving enough time to her. I liked outdoor activities but I left all that and tried to give as much time after my work to her. She talked to her parents back in India for hours and missed them and used to pressure me to move back. Our s*x life was miserable. Naturally I wanted a lot as I was virgin but I had to beg and may be got once in a few months. First she used to say she dosnt want to have kids but I said I loved kids. Since last one year we were trying to have kids but could not and I got myself tested and there was nothing wrong with my spearm, she had to go but dis not…. we used to make food once or twice a week or so and eat for rest of the week. Last few weeks she started behaving unlike her character.. She never exercised, hated it, never got up early but last few weeks she got very active.. Started going on long walks and whenever I came home she used to go out. Today I came home from office and assumed she must have gone for a walk when I didn't find at home. But after some time I get a message that she is going to India and she needs space and her phone is not reachable. She was very careful and methodical in packing all she wanted to take. I called her parents and they are behaving strangely saying they will talk after she reaches home. Now, I am not sure what to do.. Hearing and reading about all the cases I am a bit afraid. What should I do? I am worried about my aged parents in India and any false cases etc.

First of all, transfer all your wealth on you mother-father name ASAP. And don't do anything. Keep collecting evidences. Don't call them, send messages to have the proof. Or even if you call, keep recording each and every call. And jina hai to bas chupchap evidences collect krte rho. Talk with lawyer for preparation of possible separation and the money she will ask. Jab bhi lge ki you have enough details, check with lawyer wether you should file separation request or wait for her. Lekin sbse phle apni sari saving ya jo bhi hai sab parents ke name pe kr do. And next time agar wo bhul se aa bhi jaye to laat mar ke niklna ghar se. Duniya me achhi ldkiya bhi hai, dusri achhi mil jayegee.

Meet a Lawyer(Family court).Be ready to face all false allegations,including Domestic violence . Initiate Divorce proceedings from your side ASAP,do not wait for her legal move.
