#C27551 Hi everyone 33M this confession regarding about unemployment hardest journey in my life 492 applications. 148 rejections in one company. 672 Days of Unemployment. Today, I want to share my job search journey openly and honestly. Since February 2025, I have applied for 492 positions through career portals, and so far I have received 148 rejections. Many applications have not received any response at all. Even that my previous organisation. What is even more challenging than rejection is the silence. Every application is carefully tailored, every interview is prepared with dedication, and every opportunity is approached with optimism. Yet, many candidates are left wondering what went wrong and how they can improve. As of today (19 June 2026), I have been unemployed for 672 days since 16 August 2024. Despite the challenges, I continue to learn, upskill, and apply with the hope that the right opportunity is around the corner. *What are the common reasons candidates are rejected despite meeting most job requirements? *How can experienced IT professionals improve their chances of getting shortlisted? *What can candidates do to stand out in today's competitive job market? *Is there any feedback you would give to someone applying extensively but receiving limited responses? *I would genuinely appreciate your suggestions, feedback, and insights. Your advice may not only help me but also many professionals facing similar challenges. Thank you for taking the time to read this post.

So you can first mention your skill and experience at the top for anyone reading and wanting to refer you for any opening. Second there is topmate platform which might have people from your domain which analyse and can give pointers for improving your resume. Try for reference with the application as it works in the majority of the cases at least for interview call it would help And so for the silence of the recruiter be assured it not only you but majority of us are facing the same

Saturn demands looong consistency no matter how many failures you end up with. But once he decides ok my exam testing period is over now . Here I bless you .
