#C27532 Hi Everyone, More than a confession this a request for help. I am a single mother of an 8 year old beautiful soul and I started my career just 3 years ago so the CTC isn't that competitive. Without anyones financial support, I am trying to bring my son to Bengaluru and keep him with me as it's getting harder and harder each day to stay away from him (currently he is staying with my parents in my hometown) I need suggestions for decent schools for him to get him admitted in the next session (currently he will be in a set up where he will only travel back to my hometown to appear for examinations and will study from home once he will start living with me. These will not be online classes instead the study material will be shared and he will self study with my support) I am also looking for an affordable accomodation close by to ITPL Whitefield as he will be staying at home while I'll be in office since it's a strict 5 working day work from office. Kindly help me with the suggestions as currently I am feeling extremely lost with no direction and almost negligible savings of my own and none from my parents end. Looking forward to getting some genuine advices as I am not able to figure it out on my own.

A child cannot stay alone for whole day ! Trust me he may get addicted to screens and things will go bad ! You need atleast one of your parents or both your parents to Stay with your child or a full time trust worthy maid or atleast 9 to 5 or for your office hours who can stay with the child. Switch your job to get hybrid with more WFH OPTIONS so that atleast few min break can spend with your child or you can keep an eye on him. Also he need to have proper friends circle check for apartments or community with parks nearby where he can play on daily basis. Please ping me for genuine suggestions!

That's very chaotic plan. Let your son finish (atleast current) academic year at hometown. Meanwhile you try to find job which pays more, in Bengaluru or some other place. And after that bring your son+parents to stay with you.
Try co living pg. It's safe and u don't need to cook food. Or searches anybody provided home base paying guest kind room.
You can consider samethahalli village Here rents also not that high , you can consider checking for houses and schools in samethanahalli
Funny and strange World. We listen to strangers than biological father who would ideally be the well wisher for the Son
as like your feelings and emotions, that kid also needed, we can't customise their routine based on your availablity, instead of bring to bangalore and adding more expenses, let him stay with his grand parents, they will take care your son well, belive in fellow human first, have video call on evenings, weekly or biweekly visit home town, on his vacation take him to bangalore,
Let him finish school this year or admit him in school in blore. The accedemic year starts here from June..so you can try now. Because homeschool is not gking to work. Where the kid will stay unsupervised for full day? Keeping nany is very costly option. Think before you react. Hiw far is ur hometown?
Depending on the area you stay and the place,there are many decent schools with decent fees rather than the corporate ones with higher fees and exorbitant charges.
Varthur Whitefield side you have plenty of choices for school... also office commute to Whitefield becomes quite close.
Since you have 5 working day policy, who will be with your kid at home. Also alongwith your office work n house work how would you remove time for your kids study mind you he is not attending classes so you would have to spend a decent time explaining him things. Also you are not financially independent that you can afford maid n tution teachers. Please think about all this before getting him to your place. It's the kids future which is at stake
