#C27574 Hi. Working in a product based company has a Manager. One of my team mate married and does not have a kid. Pressure is surreal from both her families. She has tried all kind of medications, different hospitals, different states nothing helping out. She shared almost everything related to her process to me. I did even ask her how about their se***ual health & what was the outcome of her husband report. She kept quiet. She often discusses about this topic and makes her feel bad. She takes leave for check-ups or any other medications. During an 1-1 she spoke more on family, health & cried while consoling she hugged me & I could not resist for couple of mins. BTW none of the team members are aware of other side of story. Now having said that as a friend, colleague, peer what could I do. Can I lend help in donating my sp**ms or ask if I help her to get pregnant. I know it is bit Awkward, but it is what it is. I am confused if I lend help & she rejects might create a bad impression.
