#C27511 F-25 I'm an IT worker. Last week, my bf and me went on a trip together, where I wore bikini. As usual, I shared pictures of our tours on stories and statuses, where bikini pictures were also included. After the trip, I came back to work. One day, when the HR was having some discussions over our works, he once mentioned like, "You have a perfect body for bikini". At first, I was a bit confused, but tried to take it as compliment as he's nice with people and friendly and also I work on my body regular to maintain shape and I know that. But then, it started being awkward as he continued talking that he wonders how such a hot woman works with him and my boyfriend must be lucky... Blah blah... I'm working here since last 3 years almost and now I have a decent salary too. Changing the job would be hectic and personally a bit problematic for some reasons. Also, those words by HR are somewhat odd. Now, how should I manage all of these?

I can suggest only one thing, just go and check the comments there by random people on your social media page or account how fantastic comments you can see. You are just getting rewards for which you did that’s it. 🤬

Once you get written digital proof Approach top boss for action 🎬 If he tries to come close to you misbehave or threaten Abusing his position . Make sure to get digital proofs like recorded calls or communication trail. That makes your job easier. Girl. It's a lesson for u that u should careful about outfit and no one comment on it coz men have an eyes of eagles who r always eager to see figure in normal pics too and u wear bikini and also posted 😃
Why to share ur personal stuff on social media to gain attention stating u look hot in bikini. Better u be in bikini or what ever it's ur life keep ur life personal and avoid social media for keeping it as personal choice not for public to react to it
You should keep settings such that only close ppl can see your pics. Otherwise, you need to be ready for such comments from boys. Choice is yours. Why share such pics to the world. HR is also human after all😂😂
If anyone who comments and if you feel awkward, You can firmly tell to that gentleman that you are not entertaining on this. Unless you open up and stand for yourself people feel that you comfortable (irrespective of their designation)
You've shared those photos on social media which means you wanted to flaunt your physique. Now when you're gaining some attention why are you feeling irritated? You should enjoy the extra attention you're receiving or delete those photos.

First of all Posh policies applicable for unofficial events as well. So you posting such a pic which and not hiding your office mates is the first offence of POSH act. 2nd your HR saying those Ill mannered words are considered to be offence of POSH. Ideally you both should get terminated under POSH policy.

You post on social media to get likes and comments, but when you get comments from a person directly it turns out to be a issue... I am sure many would have commented on your pics, but it's an issue when a HR comments...next time when you post something on social media, mention a note that HR, Doctors, and other professionals should not like or comment my posts 🤣🤣

Collect video evidence and file POSH complaint against that HR personnel. He doesn't have any right to comment on what you are doing or wearing outside of work space in your personal life and his comments on you body seems sexual in nature and fits for filing POSH, just you have to collect evidence or someone else who was available in that meeting verify his comments
