#C27508 Hi I have been working 5 years in It and planning to make the first switch My current ctc is 7lpa and got two offers from MNCs Wip%# : 12 lpa VP: 7% T*# : 14 lpa VP: 14% I’m utterly confused which one should be better, thus seeking your guidance please help me out with the better offer

With the money tcs is better, now try for more companies go for 16 atleast
