#C27343 Hi everyone, I’m a 30-year-old married man, 5'9" tall and weighing around 82 kg. I work from home in an IT company and have a 6-month-old baby. Overall, life is going well, but I’m struggling with a personal issue that has started affecting my confidence and married life. I have been experiencing premature ejaculation (early discharge within 2 min) for quite some time. It has become frustrating, and I’m finding it difficult to manage on my own. I’m not sure whether this is due to stress, lifestyle, lack of exercise, psychological factors, or something else. I would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has faced a similar issue and successfully overcome it. What treatment options worked for you? Did you consult a doctor, try behavioral techniques, exercises, counseling, medications, or make lifestyle changes? Please share your experiences and suggestions. Serious and constructive advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

When I was young, I decided to go to a medical school and become a doctor. At the entrance exam, we were asked to re-arrange letters 'PNEIS' and form the name of an important human body part which is most useful when erect. Those who answered 'SPINE' are doctors today while the rest are on facebook.
I am not sure but it could be mostly stress. Hit the gym. It will increase your testosterone levels and might help. Definitely visit a doctor.
Halka Mon – Your Safe Space To Be Heard
Premature ejaculation can be cured by mental control however curing erectile dysfunction needs a good physical exercise and a trick. If you can focus your mind elsewhere while having your way you can increase your timing more than an hour. After some time you will naturally be a long term player

Invest time in 4play. Prioritise the partners pleasure and then start the penetration. No living being can naturally do the 20 mins of banging like how it’s shown on the type of content people watch. Did it last long enough is entirely subjective. No one speaks about it. No one knows the industry bench mark (Natural).
You can use desensitized spray and ciliagra pills...try it
You can try combo of kegels + compounds exercise + shilajit gummies. Works wonders
Premature ejaculation is common and can be linked to stress, poor sleep, anxiety, lack of exercise, or lifestyle factors. Since you have a 6-month-old baby and work from home, stress and fatigue may be contributing. Try regular exercise, weight control, better sleep, and techniques like the stop–start or squeeze method during intercourse. Avoid putting pressure on yourself to “perform.” Pelvic floor exercises may also help. If the problem is frequent and affecting your confidence or married life, consult a urologist or sexual health specialist, as treatments such as counseling, delay creams, or medicines can help.
It's all about mindset and avoid smoking and alcohol and avoid late night foods and don't think only for your while having intercourse always give priority to your wife the. You can increase

Try to start workout, specially strength training + cardio exercises do balance diet and keep in fit. Start track fitness in proper way. It will not solve in one day or month but if you consistent it will be successful in 4-6 months and take it as routine. As per my experience for me it was success-full.
