If she has provided any evidences of domestic violence - check if you have any defense evidence available that can bail you out from those accusations. 4. If you and your family are not wrong then fight for it - it is fine to fight becuase sometimes u need to be stronger to face these (unless you think it might have impact on your parents). 5. Even If it is alimony, let the court decide (unless u think out of court settlement is lesser). 6. Ensure you have proper agreement signed and divorce procedures in place, it is out of court settlement (unless u still love your wife and what her back) - because this is first time, next time she might make bigger accusations.
