#C27325 This is not a confession; I just want your opinion and suggestions. I worked for a company with around 300–400 employees. The CTO of the company behaved inappropriately toward me. Later, I came to know that there were already two r@pe cases against him during his time at the company. I chose not to file a complaint and eventually left the organization. However, whenever I sit alone and think about it, one question keeps coming to my mind: how can someone with such allegations continue to hold a senior leadership position like CTO, and why is the company not taking any action? My concern is not only about what happened to me, but also about the possibility that such behavior could affect other female employees in the future. I often wonder whether organizations should do more to ensure a safe workplace and hold people accountable, regardless of their position or authority.

Halka Mon – Your Safe Space To Be Heard

I worked in a company and within under 2 months , they asked me to leave if I want a smooth exit even when the whole fucking time I was keep telling them because of the lack of resources, I'm not able to perform good but no-one addressed that , so I left. Now it's been almost 3 months and they haven't given me my hard earned 26 days wages neither taking my call nor responding over my e-mails. Can someone suggest what ideally should I do to get my 26 days salary

Sexual harassment is common in these Asian countries it happens almost every Asian country thats the reason we are called third world countries because the men think with their dick not their mind. They feel every female is available the worst are the married ones. Unfortunately you had to endure same but most females married or unmarried suffer in silence. The reason why he is still retained may be he controls good ratio of the market share or these past incidents were only held within the management without the executive board knowing this. Why don't you address a anonymous letter to the owner, President, and board of directors don't reveal your incident this way they can easily single you out through the anonymous letter. Sadly some females give in to this kind of favors to secure their position or to get favors. Hope you have found solace in your new organization. Try to put this behind and move forward you seem a level headed individual . You have a bright future with kind of values and character. God bless and don't be upset these kind of things makes you more stronger and confident to lead. Best wishes Imraz Aniff
