#C27265 I joined a new company about two months ago with the mindset that I wanted to focus only on my career. My career is still my top priority. A few weeks after joining, my shift changed. Earlier, I used to travel alone in the cab, but after the shift change, a colleague started traveling with me. I knew he was a senior in my process, although he didn't know that I was from the same process initially. He started conversations with me on his own, and gradually we began talking every day during our cab rides. At that time, I was in the training room most of the day, so we didn't interact much in the office. Later, when I moved to the production floor, some of my team members joined his team while I was assigned to a different team. He became their senior. Everything seemed normal, and occasionally we would make eye contact in the office. Over time, I started feeling a bit attracted to him as well. However, suddenly something seems to have changed. I feel like he has become uncomfortable around me, and even during our cab rides, he doesn't talk to me as warmly as he used to. I'm not sure what happened or why his behavior changed so suddenly. I'm feeling confused and unable to understand the reason. Could you please give me your thoughts or suggestions on what might have happened?
