#C27229 Hi My brother 4 years of experience Received Consultant role 15.8 Fixed and 10% Variable from EY And Senior consultant role 15 Fixed with 20% Variable from PWC Which one he should join( Background Data analysis) Please need a genuine suggestion

Pwc is better in terms of work life balance and empathy. Package is almost same so go with PWC
PWC is way better than EY and also very healthy. Never join EY as you will never ever have work life balance....
