#C27181 My Btech girlfriend joined as an analyst in my team. What to do now ? I am a manager at a credit rating agency. I was allocated a new analyst who happens to be my ex girlfriend. I did MBA right after Btech and she had 3 years of work ek + 1 year my junior. Now she is the analyst in my team which was a shock to both of us. We had a very bad breakup as she cheated on me 1 month after me leaving for MBA. She was in her final year and one of my friends ( her batchmate) saw her holding hands & kissing one of her batchmates in a park. He also took a picture to be sure. And we had a bad breakup where she said mean stuffs about my parents which I told her in confidence. Then she made a nasty post about me on Instagram and lied to her friends that I have an erectile dysfunction. I know how bad she can be and I don't want her in my team. Do I tell the HR or my boss and get her removed asap or forget the past and move on? My girlfriend asked me to speak to HR and if that doesn't work out change the team or the company. I am so confused.

She might get you into POSH, be careful
Ab aaya oonth pahad k niche Ghadi bna de wid lots of overwork Everthing us fair in love and war
Halka Mon – Your Safe Space To Be Heard
Let her speak to HR. You just play a manager role that's it. No hard feelings. It's just work and she is your team mate. That's it. No strings attached
speak to Hr and tell Hr that she is your Ex ... Rest Hr decision
Its a conflict of interest and also can be a fireable offence if it comes out badly. You have 2 options Option 1- most safe- put a writing to your hr about the conflict of interest Option 2- most risky for career, keep it within yourself I ll go with option 1 as she already has a past of making things up which can do here as well and with the current law and situation your career can be doomed.
Inform HR immediately. Any Ex (especially bitter ending) or current relationships must be informed on priority. They form Conflict of Interest and should be officially declared. Also, don't inteact unless there's someone in the room. Avoid POSH. Precaution is better than cure given her history of making social media posts etc. If you are not involved in hiring her or allocating to your project, better. This will save a lot of trouble.
Rating ki mother sister karne ki baari apki..
Report to your HR on immediate basis or you might end up get into a POSH case.
Let her be in your team, make her realise her mistakes.
Bro a snake can never become mermaid, beware of her and tell to your boss and HR so that she can't file a fake POSH against you.
Forget the past. You have got the chance to set an example to the world that you are a real strong valued man. Just Dont let her distract you
You should not take chances but people do stupid things and people change too.
That’s conflict of interest and inform your HR and manager in writing
Since you know her very well and her dirty actions better speak out from the beginning itself.. It might cause trouble later. She might put you in a dirty mess .. Looking at her sly behaviour itself is clear. Remember you were just saved that time.... Better to save yourself now then cry later.
Tell.the hr ... Try to avoid POSH . And if not , you can fire her .
Avoid individual meetings with her even for official work as much as possible.
Thorathunga andha naaya !
Badla lele vai
Being a Btech Holder my advice,Don't speak to HR..keep her in team, and show him the real position power....how you can forget past and post she posted on Insta...make her say sorry to you again and again..break her emotions piece by piece as she did to you at that time...you got good opportunity, tell her indirectly how it's feel when someone play with emotions and how it feels when someone say mean stuff to someone parents...make her feel guilty badly.
There is no need to talk to HR or move out! You be who you are and just focus on work! Dont fall for her again
Be professional and do not approve leaves 😂
Duniya gol hai pyaare 😝😜🤣
Professional life is different from personal life🤞
भाई तेरे पास मौका है मर्दानगी साबित करने का पेल दे जितना पेल सके कम से कम मलाल तो नहीं रहेगा
Team se nikalwa de bhai
Send mail to hr.
Now u have another chance to have fun with her . Whenever u feel stress , give ur gear in her mouth for job underneath the table and enjoy 😆😆😆😆😆
she will take revenge!!
If you are the manager, make her realise the mistake she made.
Run!
HR! HR! Change her team or worse, find grounds to get her fired! Red Alert!
Find a new job.
Inform the HR of the past, else there's every possibility that your new joinee cum ex gf makes your life hell
Declare to HR
Inform HR and your boss as well, but remain with the company, and if they decide to continue with same setup, just forget all and let her know that you have moved on, and nothing to do with her anymore, by your act and action, not verbal. Avoid personal meetings as well private chatting
Why would u nix professional and personal life ..if u r a clean slate u should not be worried..honestly u r post is not trustable
U being a manager have all the audacity to play politics n ruin her career cuz tbh this is what happens in corporate but, If u really want to get rid of it it's better u move to a different team or company cuz some day or the other it will ruin ur mental health and also there are chances of ur ex getting ur professional life ruined only to take revenge as she has chance of being in corporate.. I'm telling u this from women's perspective how it could work ..rest I would suggest to move out n stay away
Inform HR for your own safety. She was mean once, she can put some false allegations again. So better be safe than sorry. No need to change team necessarily but alert the HR once.
Please remove her from your team as soon as possible. Otherwise, you may face problems in the future because she has a dishonest mentality and tends to cheat.
Kick her out.. no ethics
Chomdu isme kya randi rona hai.... Ex se better gf banai hai ??? uski ga*d jala or teri mardangi ke post dal sirf usey reveal kar as a manager itna work load de
