#C27175 35M I have spent 13 years in the same company. Got promoted thrice over the last 13 years, won’t say my salary is decent after reading the confessions posted here. After 13 years most people cross the 20 LPA atleast in the IT industry. I was very comfortable previously with how far I have come and how my career have turned out, but now after reading the posts in this page I feel extremely guilty and bit negative for not trying to switch. It’s not that I have not skilled up, I have been consistently learning keeping in mind the constant shift of the market and it’s needs but still now I fill like the laziest guy ever.
