#C27102 Admin, please please post this ASAP. I worked with TCS from 2019 to 2022, after which I moved to Infosys (2022–2025). My PF transfer from TCS to Infosys (exempted trust) was completed successfully. Later, I moved to KPMG, and my PF transfer from Infosys to KPMG (EPFO maintained account) was also completed successfully. However, I am now facing an issue while transferring my PF from KPMG to my current employer. During the transfer process, I am getting the error: “previous EPS service not received”. I have also raised grievances on the EPFO portal, but did not receive any helpful resolution. I tried to log a complaint through the KPMG India HGBS alumni portal, but the portal is not working, and HR is unresponsive. I have also tried connecting with Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, and KPMG India, but there has been no proper attention or resolution. Due to this, my PF amount has been blocked with my third employer for the last 8 months. This situation is making me anxious about potentially losing my hard-earned PF amount and EPS service, also future BGV failures. Posting this here to seek help and suggestions from everyone—any guidance on how to resolve this issue would be really helpful.

Check Service History under the EPFO Member Portal and verify all employment periods are visible. 2. Obtain Annexure K for both transfers (TCS → Infosys and Infosys → KPMG). 3. Raise a fresh grievance on EPFiGMS specifically requesting correction of EPS service history and mentioning all Member IDs/UAN details. 4. Ask the current employer’s PF team to verify whether any EPS details are missing from the transfer records. 5. If the issue has been pending for 8 months, visit the concerned EPFO regional office with transfer acknowledgements, passbooks, and employment documents and request manual correction of EPS service records.
